Job Summary

A company is looking for a Benefits Analyst.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer U.S benefits programs and systems, manage vendor partner relationships, and enhance employee engagement with benefit programs
  • Act as a point of contact for U.S. leave of absence processes, including case management tasks and data entry
  • Oversee general benefit responsibilities such as audits, benefits invoicing, wellness events, and regulatory compliance
Required Qualifications:
  • BS or BA in Human Resources, Business, or related field
  • 5-8 years of relevant HR and benefits experience
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory landscape including ERISA, ACA, FMLA, and other laws
  • Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, Excel, HRIS, and payroll concepts
  • Preferred location in Pacific or Mountain time zones
