Job Summary

A company is looking for a Benefits Analyst to support the design and management of global benefits programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage global benefits offerings, ensuring alignment with business goals and compliance with regulations
• Act as a Tier 2 escalation point for complex inquiries, analyzing trends and recommending improvements
• Lead project planning and execution for benefits initiatives, collaborating with internal teams and vendors

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in global benefits administration, design, or consulting
• Proficiency in UKG Pro (benefits and leaves of absence modules)
• Strong knowledge of global benefits regulations and trends
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
