Job Summary

A company is looking for a Benefits Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

Administer benefit plan enrollments and resolve inquiries related to benefits
Maintain the accuracy of benefits enrollment data and conduct regular audits
Support annual Open Enrollment and collaborate on benefit-related projects

Required Qualifications

Associate Degree in General Studies or related field
2-5 years of experience in benefits administration or human resources
Strong foundational knowledge of health, welfare, and retirement benefit plans
Certified Benefits Professional (CBP) is a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Workspace
