Benefits Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Benefits Analyst (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Support the administration of employee health and voluntary benefit plans
• Maintain benefit-related transactions in HRIS and perform system audits for data integrity
• Coordinate with insurance carriers regarding eligibility and claim issues

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of benefits experience within a large organization (500+ employees)
• Knowledge of employee benefit plans, self-funded insurance, and leave of absence laws
• In-depth understanding of Section 125 benefit plans
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Preferred experience with Workday and the benefits module
