Job Summary

A company is looking for a Benefits Analyst to join their HR team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support employees with benefits enrollment and resolve inquiries for a seamless benefits experience
  • Analyze benefits trends, costs, and utilization, providing data-driven insights and preparing reports
  • Manage employee leave programs and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in benefits administration
  • Strong knowledge of health, dental, vision, retirement plans, and wellness programs
  • Experience managing Employee Stock Ownership Programs (ESOP)
  • Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) or similar certification is a plus
