Job Summary

A company is looking for a Benefits Analyst to manage and analyze employee benefit programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer health, welfare, and retirement plans, serving as the primary contact for employee inquiries
  • Conduct audits of vendor billing statements and manage benefit vendor relationships for continuous improvement
  • Lead the Open Enrollment process, ensuring system readiness and effective communication with employees
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 3-5 years of experience in benefits administration, including health & welfare and 401(k) plan management
  • Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel
  • Understanding of ERISA, ACA, COBRA, HIPAA, and related compliance regulations
  • Experience with benefits administration platforms and familiarity with HRIS or payroll systems is preferred
