Job Summary

A company is looking for a Benefits Analyst II to join their Total Rewards team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer core US and global benefits programs and support employee inquiries
  • Ensure system data accuracy and manage data reconciliation with Payroll and external vendors
  • Support annual benefits compliance tasks and assist with financial processes related to benefits
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of Human Resources experience, preferably in benefits administration
  • Proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets for data analysis and reconciliation
  • Experience with HRIS systems and familiarity with benefits enrollment platforms is preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional customer service skills and professional judgment in handling sensitive matters
