Job Summary
A company is looking for a Benefits Analyst II to join their Total Rewards team.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer core US and global benefits programs and support employee inquiries
- Ensure system data accuracy and manage data reconciliation with Payroll and external vendors
- Support annual benefits compliance tasks and assist with financial processes related to benefits
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of Human Resources experience, preferably in benefits administration
- Proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets for data analysis and reconciliation
- Experience with HRIS systems and familiarity with benefits enrollment platforms is preferred
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional customer service skills and professional judgment in handling sensitive matters
