Job Summary

A company is looking for a Benefits Analyst to lead the administration and optimization of health and welfare programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily operations of employee benefit plans and oversee vendor relationships
  • Lead the benefits administration software, including system audits and process improvements
  • Coordinate the annual Open Enrollment process and manage employee benefits inquiries
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred with 3-5 years of experience in HR/benefits administration
  • Hands-on experience with Workday HCM and Benefits configuration highly preferred
  • Strong understanding of 401(k) and health benefit plan compliance requirements
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-changing, collaborative environment
  • Proven ability to prioritize tasks effectively and handle confidential information
