Benefits Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Benefits Analyst - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide operational and analytical support in administering benefits programs and serve as a subject matter resource for employees
• Conduct benefit orientations, manage day-to-day transactions, and support Reference-Based Pricing (RPB) medical plans
• Perform audits, manage leaves of absence, and partner with benefit vendors for issue resolution

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or equivalent combination of education, training, or experience
• 2+ years of experience in benefits administration, with a preference for experience with RBP medical plans
• Strong Excel skills
• Experience with Workday and AON preferred
• Experience in benefits and compensation preferred
