Job Summary

A company is looking for a Benefits Analyst, responsible for administering employee benefits programs and providing consultation to employees.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer employee benefits programs, including health, welfare, and retirement plans
• Conduct research, analysis, and evaluation related to benefits administration
• Support annual open enrollment, vendor management, and plan audits

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field with 2+ years of experience
• Working knowledge of health, welfare, and retirement benefit plans and related laws
• Experience with benefits billing, premium reconciliation, and vendor coordination
• Proficiency in HRIS systems and data analysis using Excel or similar tools
• Must be at least 18 years of age and pass background checks and clearances
