Job Summary
A company is looking for a Benefits Analyst, responsible for administering employee benefits programs and providing consultation to employees.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health, welfare, and retirement plans
- Conduct research, analysis, and evaluation related to benefits administration
- Support annual open enrollment, vendor management, and plan audits
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field with 2+ years of experience
- Working knowledge of health, welfare, and retirement benefit plans and related laws
- Experience with benefits billing, premium reconciliation, and vendor coordination
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and data analysis using Excel or similar tools
- Must be at least 18 years of age and pass background checks and clearances
