Job Summary

A company is looking for a Benefits Analyst II responsible for evaluating, implementing, and maintaining comprehensive benefits plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer various employee benefits programs, including health insurance and retirement plans
  • Evaluate existing benefits programs for competitiveness and cost-effectiveness
  • Compile and analyze benefits data and serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or Business Administration
  • 2-3 years of Human Resources experience
  • 1-2 years of Benefits Administration experience
  • Strong knowledge of employee benefits regulations and compliance requirements
  • Proficient in using HRIS and benefits administration software
