Job Summary
A company is looking for a Benefits Analyst II responsible for evaluating, implementing, and maintaining comprehensive benefits plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer various employee benefits programs, including health insurance and retirement plans
- Evaluate existing benefits programs for competitiveness and cost-effectiveness
- Compile and analyze benefits data and serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or Business Administration
- 2-3 years of Human Resources experience
- 1-2 years of Benefits Administration experience
- Strong knowledge of employee benefits regulations and compliance requirements
- Proficient in using HRIS and benefits administration software
