Job Summary
A company is looking for a Benefits Analyst to assist in the administration of employee benefit plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer various benefits plans and provide assistance regarding benefits and HR programs
- Manage employee benefit records and coordinate with benefit carriers and HR departments
- Support the development and implementation of policies related to health and welfare benefits
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree is required
- Two or more years of professional experience in benefits administration
- Strong knowledge of HRMS/Benefits Administration systems
- General knowledge of Time and Attendance systems and payroll processing
- Familiarity with benefit-specific guidelines of DOL, IRS, ERISA, HIPAA, and ACA
