Job Summary

A company is looking for a Benefits Analyst to assist in the administration of employee benefit plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer various benefits plans and provide assistance regarding benefits and HR programs
  • Manage employee benefit records and coordinate with benefit carriers and HR departments
  • Support the development and implementation of policies related to health and welfare benefits
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree is required
  • Two or more years of professional experience in benefits administration
  • Strong knowledge of HRMS/Benefits Administration systems
  • General knowledge of Time and Attendance systems and payroll processing
  • Familiarity with benefit-specific guidelines of DOL, IRS, ERISA, HIPAA, and ACA
