Benefits Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Benefits Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as subject matter expert for U.S. and Puerto Rico leave and time away programs, providing case management and consultative support
• Support administration of U.S. health, life, and ancillary benefit programs, resolving vendor-related issues
• Request, compile, and analyze benefits data to support compliance and program evaluation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred, with 2+ years of experience in managing leave benefits and/or HR operations focused on benefits
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite; experience with ADP and Workday systems preferred
• Knowledge of federal and statutory regulations related to leave benefits preferred
• Experience in process improvement and the ability to identify and resolve complex issues
• Self-starter with the ability to prioritize tasks and maintain confidentiality
