Job Summary
A company is looking for a Benefits Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as subject matter expert for U.S. and Puerto Rico leave and time away programs, providing case management and consultative support
- Support administration of U.S. health, life, and ancillary benefit programs, resolving vendor-related issues
- Request, compile, and analyze benefits data to support compliance and program evaluation
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred, with 2+ years of experience in managing leave benefits and/or HR operations focused on benefits
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite; experience with ADP and Workday systems preferred
- Knowledge of federal and statutory regulations related to leave benefits preferred
- Experience in process improvement and the ability to identify and resolve complex issues
- Self-starter with the ability to prioritize tasks and maintain confidentiality
