Job Summary

A company is looking for a Benefits Analyst (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Administers benefits in coordination with employees, vendors, and Accounting
Completes monthly invoice audit and reconciliation for benefits programs
Coordinates leave of absence administration in partnership with third-party vendors

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and 4 years of experience in benefits administration (or equivalent)
Experience with benefits systems and management
Experience supporting leave of absence programs, including FMLA and ADA
General understanding of employee benefits including health & welfare plans
Strong analytical and project management skills
