Job Summary

A company is looking for a Benefits Analyst to support the administration and delivery of health, wellness, and retirement programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the day-to-day administration of benefit plans, ensuring data integrity
  • Support a culture of performance by making benefits information clear and accessible
  • Assist in analyzing program usage and costs, and prepare materials for annual renewals
Required Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of professional experience in HR or Benefits administration
  • Solid understanding of benefits principles and practices, including COBRA, ERISA, and HIPAA
  • Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and experience with HRIS
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
