Benefits Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Benefits Analyst (REMOTE).

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee outsourced health and welfare benefit administration and retirement plan recordkeeping
• Collaborate with insurance carriers and internal teams to resolve benefit-related issues and ensure accurate administration
• Manage open enrollment processes, audit benefit data, and support well-being initiatives

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum of two years of benefits experience, including self-funded medical plans and 401(k) plans
• Experience with outsourced benefit administration partners is preferred
• Strong analytical and organizational skills, including advanced Excel proficiency
• Understanding of benefit program laws and compliance requirements
