Benefits Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Benefits Analyst Contractor to support project work across the Client Success team.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain renewal workbooks, including data validation and rate modeling
• Support benchmarking, plan design analysis, and draft compliance-related documentation
• Execute eligibility tasks and assist with audits and data accuracy across benefits administration systems

Required Qualifications

• 3-10 years of experience in a benefits analyst or similar role within a benefits brokerage or consulting environment
• Strong Excel skills and proficiency in Google Suite
• Experience drafting benefits-related documents such as SPD/SBCs and ERISA Wraps
• Understanding of financial structures such as fully insured and self-funded plans
• Professional fluency in Spanish and English is a plus
