Job Summary

A company is looking for a Benefits Analyst - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

Advise colleagues on benefits-related issues and administer benefit programs
Act as a liaison with benefit vendors and manage the tuition reimbursement process
Conduct audits of enrollment reports and assist with annual Open Enrollment

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 2 - 4 years of related benefits experience
Advanced Excel skills required
Experience with Workday preferred
Experience with reference-based pricing medical plans is a plus
Strong knowledge of current benefit practices and trends
