Job Summary

A company is looking for a Benefits Analyst who will support health care planning and administration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate wellness activities and report related savings
  • Execute health & welfare initiatives and coordinate administrative activities
  • Compile data and perform statistical analysis for health care practices
Required Qualifications
  • Three to five years of benefits experience, including retiree benefit administration
  • Ability to interpret complex medical and prescription drug coverage
  • Experience with Microsoft software applications and HR Information Systems
  • Exceptional management, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field preferred; Master's degree is a plus
