Job Summary
A company is looking for a Benefits Analyst who will support health care planning and administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate wellness activities and report related savings
- Execute health & welfare initiatives and coordinate administrative activities
- Compile data and perform statistical analysis for health care practices
Required Qualifications
- Three to five years of benefits experience, including retiree benefit administration
- Ability to interpret complex medical and prescription drug coverage
- Experience with Microsoft software applications and HR Information Systems
- Exceptional management, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field preferred; Master's degree is a plus
