Job Summary

Benefits Analyst, responsible for managing leave administration, wellness programs, and benefit program management in a hybrid/remote role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer leave and absence programs, ensuring compliance with policies and managing vendor relationships
  • Support wellness initiatives and plan annual activities to enhance employee engagement
  • Oversee PTO Buy or Sell program and collaborate on process improvements for benefits delivery
Required Qualifications
  • BA/BS in Human Resources, Business, or related field with 2-4 years of relevant experience
  • In-depth knowledge of federal and state regulations governing benefit programs
  • Experience with business systems such as Dayforce Ceridian and Ben Admin systems preferred
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications
