Job Summary

Supporting day-to-day benefit operations, the full-time Benefits Analyst will manage compliance, data analysis, and vendor administration for Retirement, Health & Welfare, and Wellbeing programs in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Collect and analyze large data sets to support audits, regulatory requirements, and compliance activities
  • Manage vendor relationships to ensure accurate plan administration and participant communication
  • Maintain process documentation and support the Total Rewards team with special projects and initiatives
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in benefits administration or related HR analytical roles
  • Advanced Excel skills, including formula writing, pivot tables, and V-lookups
  • Familiarity with benefits audits and compliance filings
  • Experience with Workday and ADP is preferred
