Benefits Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely, the Benefits Analyst will gather and analyze employee benefits data, manage the RFP process, and develop cost analysis presentations while interfacing with insurance carriers and brokers.

Key responsibilities

• Gather census, claims, and plan information from current clients
• Organize and submit requests to insurance carriers while managing the RFP process
• Build relationships with carrier sales representatives and ensure timely follow-ups

Required qualifications

• Some experience in employee benefits or a related field is required
• Bachelor's Degree and/or equivalent related experience
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Willingness to obtain Insurance License coursework if not already obtained
