Job Summary

Detail-oriented and customer-focused, the full-time remote Benefits Analyst will manage benefit configuration, vendor billing, escalated customer service support, and financial operations across the United States and Canada.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage Purchase Order setup and comprehensive billing workflows for benefit vendors while supporting Annual Open Enrollment execution
  • Resolve escalated employee and vendor benefits inquiries, managing advanced cases with high-quality customer care
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to draft, review, and test system configuration requirements and develop employee-facing benefits communications
Required qualifications
  • 3+ years of progressive experience in benefits administration and financial billing operations
  • Strong knowledge of North American benefits administration processes and vendor management practices
  • Proven capability in data aggregation, manipulation, and analysis, with preferred expertise in Workday and ServiceNow
  • Strong financial acumen and attention to detail in managing complex vendor purchase orders and invoice reconciliations
  • Ability to prioritize competing operational initiatives and manage high-stakes priorities effectively
