Job Summary
Owning the day-to-day administration and strategic oversight of health and wellness plans, the full-time remote Benefits Analyst will manage employee leave programs, COBRA administration, and lead benefits integration efforts for new Partner Firms while ensuring regulatory compliance and a positive member experience.
Key responsibilities
- Administer health and wellness plans, including open enrollment and claims processing, while serving as the primary liaison with external vendors
- Oversee leave management processes, ensuring compliance with FMLA, ADA, and state leave mandates
- Lead benefits integration for new Partner Firms, coordinating seamless transitions and onboarding for incoming employees
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5+ years of progressive benefits administration experience, particularly with self-funded health plans
- Experience managing COBRA, FMLA, and multi-state leave compliance
- Prior experience with benefits integrations in an M&A or multi-entity environment
- Familiarity with benefits administration platforms and government filings such as Form 5500 and ACA reporting
