Job Summary
To support the health care planning team, the full-time Benefits Analyst will manage the design, implementation, and administration of health care plans, focusing on retiree medical plans while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Evaluate wellness activities and report on their impact and related savings
- Oversee day-to-day execution of health & welfare initiatives and coordinate administrative activities with internal partners and vendors
- Compile data and perform statistical analysis to provide solutions and recommendations on health care practices
Required qualifications
- Three to five years of benefits experience, including retiree benefit administration and data analytics
- Superior ability to read and interpret complex medical and prescription drug coverage regulations
- Exceptional management, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Expertise with Microsoft software applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Human Relations, or a related field preferred
