Job Summary
To support the administration of employee benefits across the AMS region, the remote full-time Benefits Analyst will manage enrollment, ensure regulatory compliance, and analyze benefits utilization while providing high-touch support to employees in the US, Canada, and LATAM.
Key responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end enrollment and execution of benefit programs, ensuring data accuracy and seamless system testing
- Guarantee compliance with regulatory requirements for regional benefit plans, including necessary filings and audits
- Analyze benefits spend and market trends to generate reports that inform strategic plan design and cost-saving initiatives
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- 5 years of experience in HR benefits administration with knowledge of ERISA, ACA, COBRA, and HIPAA laws
- 2 years of experience in a role requiring structured project management execution
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with HRIS platforms like Workday or ADP
- Foundational understanding of AI/ML technologies and their application in benefits optimization
