Job Summary
As a subject matter expert in health care, the full-time Benefits Analyst will manage the design, implementation, and administration of enterprise-wide health care plans, particularly focusing on retiree medical plans, while collaborating with various internal and external stakeholders in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Evaluate wellness activities' utilization and impact, reporting related savings
- Oversee day-to-day execution of health & welfare initiatives and coordinate administrative activities with partners and vendors
- Compile data and perform statistical analysis to provide solutions and recommendations on health care practices
Required qualifications
- Three to five years of benefits experience, including retiree benefit administration and data analytics
- Superior ability to read and interpret complex medical and prescription drug coverage regulations
- Exceptional management, organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Expertise in Microsoft software applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Ability to influence internal and external team members effectively
