Benefits Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the administration and analysis of U.S. and global benefit programs, the full-time Benefits Analyst will focus on operational excellence, compliance, and data-driven insights while collaborating with internal teams and vendors to enhance employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer health and welfare benefit plans, ensuring accurate enrollment and eligibility
• Serve as a subject matter expert for Leave of Absence (LOA) programs and claims
• Maintain compliance with federal and state regulations and support audits

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2-4 years of experience in benefits administration or analysis
• Knowledge of U.S. benefits regulations and compliance requirements
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis
• Experience with HR systems (Workday or similar) and benefits administration platforms
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field required
