Job Summary
Supporting the administration and analysis of U.S. and global benefit programs, the full-time Benefits Analyst will focus on operational excellence, compliance, and data-driven insights while collaborating with internal teams and vendors to enhance employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer health and welfare benefit plans, ensuring accurate enrollment and eligibility
- Serve as a subject matter expert for Leave of Absence (LOA) programs and claims
- Maintain compliance with federal and state regulations and support audits
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in benefits administration or analysis
- Knowledge of U.S. benefits regulations and compliance requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis
- Experience with HR systems (Workday or similar) and benefits administration platforms
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field required
