Job Summary
To support a growing Total Rewards Team, the full-time Benefits Analyst will manage benefits administration, ensure system stability, and collaborate with field affiliates remotely while focusing on compliance and data integrity.
Key responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary liaison between the Service Center and field affiliates, driving program adoption and alignment with operational needs
- Act as a resource for benefits continuation needs and oversee the lifecycle of benefits systems, ensuring quality through end-user testing
- Identify and resolve complex technical issues within benefits and absence modules, maintaining data integrity and managing financial reconciliations
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Finance, or a related field preferred; 2-5 years of experience in benefits administration and data compliance
- Deep experience in HRIS troubleshooting and specification creation, with Workday experience preferred
- Proven ability to manage financial reconciliations, including retro-premium calculations
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and complex reporting
- Strong working knowledge of ERISA, ACA, COBRA, HIPAA, FMLA, and ADA regulations
