Benefits Analyst

Job Summary

As a full-time remote Benefits Analyst, the successful candidate will manage benefit plan enrollment, serve as a primary point of contact for employee benefits support, and assist with data analytics for key projects related to health and welfare plans.

Key responsibilities:

• Managing daily aspects of benefit plan enrollment and resolving inquiries related to eligibility and benefits
• Verifying documentation for compliance and accuracy to ensure seamless benefit changes
• Collaborating on benefit-related projects and supporting the execution of annual Open Enrollment initiatives

Required qualifications:

• 2-5 years of experience in benefits administration, human resources, or a related field
• Proficiency in Workday Benefits and other computer applications like Microsoft Word and Excel
• Strong foundational knowledge of health, welfare, and retirement benefit plan concepts
• Associate Degree in General Studies or relevant certification (e.g., Certified Benefits Professional)
• Demonstrated ability to deliver excellent customer service and manage multiple priorities effectively
