Job Summary
A company is looking for a Benefits Analyst to align and drive key benefit strategies, initiatives, and programs, handle complex benefits issues, and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research, interpret, and analyze information to formulate recommendations for management
- Assist with compliance under various benefit related policies and statutes
- Coordinate with vendors on employee benefit transactions and appeals, and participate in the implementation of benefits for mergers and acquisitions
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or related field
- 2+ years' experience in Benefits or Human Resources
- PHR or CEBS certification a plus but not required
- Highly detail oriented, results oriented, and organized
- Advanced Excel skills and ability to understand documents from legal, governmental, and industry related sources
