Job Summary

A company is looking for a Benefits Analyst to align and drive key benefit strategies, initiatives, and programs, handle complex benefits issues, and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research, interpret, and analyze information to formulate recommendations for management
  • Assist with compliance under various benefit related policies and statutes
  • Coordinate with vendors on employee benefit transactions and appeals, and participate in the implementation of benefits for mergers and acquisitions

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or related field
  • 2+ years' experience in Benefits or Human Resources
  • PHR or CEBS certification a plus but not required
  • Highly detail oriented, results oriented, and organized
  • Advanced Excel skills and ability to understand documents from legal, governmental, and industry related sources
