Job Summary

Processing benefit verifications and authorizations for new referrals, the remote Benefits and Authorization Specialist will work full-time, Monday through Friday, with occasional weekend shifts, ensuring speed and accuracy in handling client requests.

Key responsibilities

• Processes benefit verification or authorization for all new referrals with speed and accuracy
• Assists AVA Supervisor and Manager with special assignments as needed
• Maintains productivity expectations in a fast-paced environment

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required
• Minimum of two years of related experience
• Ability to multi-task and support numerous referrals/priorities simultaneously
• High degree of self-discipline in maintaining productivity expectations
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality
