- Oversee HRIS management, ensuring data integrity, system updates, and compliance with regulations
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 5-7 years of progressive HR experience, including benefits and compensation administration
- Experience with ADP Workforcenow
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and benefit regulations
- Professional certification such as SHRM-SPHR/PHR, Certified Benefit Professional, and/or Compensation professional preferred
