Job Summary

A company is looking for a Benefits, Compensation & HRIS Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage employee benefit programs, vendor relationships, and annual open enrollment processes
  • Administer the organization's compensation structure and conduct market research for competitive pay practices
  • Oversee HRIS management, ensuring data integrity, system updates, and compliance with regulations
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 5-7 years of progressive HR experience, including benefits and compensation administration
  • Experience with ADP Workforcenow
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and benefit regulations
  • Professional certification such as SHRM-SPHR/PHR, Certified Benefit Professional, and/or Compensation professional preferred
