Job Summary

Managing benefits and compliance for the organization, the full-time Benefits and Compliance Manager will ensure adherence to federal and state regulations, assist staff with benefit choices, and deliver required training while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage benefit plans and open enrollment processes in compliance with ACA guidelines
  • Counsel staff on benefit options and claims, and manage federal and state leave plans
  • Develop and deliver state-required training to supervisors and employees
Required qualifications
  • Five years of related experience in HR or administrative support
  • Minimum three years of experience with employee benefits administration
  • Thorough understanding of government regulatory guidelines (e.g., COBRA, ADA, OSHA, FMLA)
  • Proven effective project-management skills and strong analytical abilities
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office programs and HRIS systems like Paylocity
