Benefits and Leave Analyst
Job Summary
To support a collaborative benefits team, the full-time Benefits and Leave Analyst will oversee leave of absence processes and workplace accommodations while analyzing and administering employee benefit programs remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary resource for leaves of absence and workplace accommodations, ensuring compliance and timely management
- Support the administration and analysis of health and welfare, retirement, and other employee benefit programs, resolving employee inquiries as needed
- Develop procedures and resources to enhance team efficiency and improve the overall employee experience with benefits
Required qualifications
- 5-7+ years of experience in employee benefits, leaves of absence, or workplace accommodations
- Bachelor's degree required
- Working knowledge of FMLA and ADA practices
- Experience with benefit carriers and HR/benefit systems
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel
