Job Summary
Supporting the People Operations team during a temporary 4-6 month assignment, the full-time Benefits and Leave Coordinator will manage benefits administration, coordinate leave of absence processes, and provide HR operations support, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries regarding benefits and leave of absence
- Coordinate with third-party administrators to manage leave approvals and documentation
- Maintain accurate records and support benefits audits and reporting activities
Required qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of experience in HR, Benefits, Leave Administration, Payroll, or related administrative role
- Working knowledge of FMLA, ADA, state leave laws, and other applicable employment regulations
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
