Benefits and Leave Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Benefits and Leave Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for benefit inquiries, including medical, dental, vision, and 401k
• Assist team members with leave applications and status in partnership with Unum
• Manage compliance documents for medical and 401k plans and assist in the open enrollment process

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• One year of human resources and/or benefits administration experience
• Basic understanding of leave administration, including FMLA and ADA processes
• Intermediate experience with health and welfare benefits programs
• Experience working in a geographically distributed, multi-site organization
