Job Summary

A company is looking for a Benefits and Leave Specialist to support global benefits and leave programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer the leave of absence program in the U.S. and manage a small number of leaves in Canada and Australia
  • Facilitate leaves, accommodations, and the return-to-work process, ensuring a seamless employee experience
  • Serve as the primary contact for employee benefits and leave inquiries, providing accurate and empathetic support
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field, with 2+ years of relevant experience
  • Experience administering complex benefits and leave processes independently
  • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for audits and process tools
  • Strong understanding of U.S. federal and multi-state leave and benefits regulations
  • Familiarity with privacy and data security practices related to HR and benefits data
