Job Summary
A company is looking for a Benefits and Leave Specialist to support daily benefits and leave operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Review, reconcile, and process benefits invoices while collaborating with Finance and vendors
- Execute employee benefits changes and maintain accurate records across systems
- Build and maintain dashboards to track vendor performance and key metrics for program efficiency
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2-4 years of experience in HR operations, benefits administration, or leave management
- Experience with HRIS systems (Workday) and vendor management
- Understanding of U.S. and international benefits and leave practices (not required)
- Proficiency in Excel or similar tools for data tracking and reporting
