Job Summary

A company is looking for a Benefits and Leave Specialist to support daily benefits and leave operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review, reconcile, and process benefits invoices while collaborating with Finance and vendors
  • Execute employee benefits changes and maintain accurate records across systems
  • Build and maintain dashboards to track vendor performance and key metrics for program efficiency
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 2-4 years of experience in HR operations, benefits administration, or leave management
  • Experience with HRIS systems (Workday) and vendor management
  • Understanding of U.S. and international benefits and leave practices (not required)
  • Proficiency in Excel or similar tools for data tracking and reporting
