Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary contact for employees regarding benefits and leave inquiries, providing clear guidance
  • Administer health, dental, vision, and other benefit programs, ensuring service quality and compliance
  • Audit invoices and maintain compliance with relevant regulations while improving benefits delivery processes
Required Qualifications
  • 3-8 years of experience in benefits administration or related HR operations
  • Prior experience with reasonable accommodations administration
  • Strong understanding of US benefit plans and HR policies
  • Experience with HRIS platforms and Google Workspace
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
