Job Summary
A company is looking for a Benefits and Leave Specialist who will support the administration and compliance of employee benefits and leave programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for employees regarding benefits and leave inquiries, providing clear guidance
- Administer health, dental, vision, and other benefit programs, ensuring service quality and compliance
- Audit invoices and maintain compliance with relevant regulations while improving benefits delivery processes
Required Qualifications
- 3-8 years of experience in benefits administration or related HR operations
- Prior experience with reasonable accommodations administration
- Strong understanding of US benefit plans and HR policies
- Experience with HRIS platforms and Google Workspace
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
