Job Summary
Managing employee benefits and leave programs, the full-time remote Benefits and Leave Specialist will administer benefits, oversee leave and disability cases, and develop wellbeing strategies to enhance workplace culture and compliance.
Key responsibilities
- Administer and enhance employee benefits programs, ensuring accurate and compliant delivery
- Manage leave, disability, and accommodation cases, ensuring compliance and effective case management
- Develop and lead the organization's wellbeing strategy to foster employee engagement and wellness
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Proficiency in calculating and reconciling complex calculations related to leave and disability programs
- Exceptional organization and case management skills with the ability to track multiple cases
- Strong process orientation with the ability to document and improve operational processes
- Comfortable using technology and data analysis tools to support decision-making and efficiency
