Job Summary

Managing employee benefits and leave programs, the full-time remote Benefits and Leave Specialist will administer benefits, oversee leave and disability cases, and develop wellbeing strategies to enhance workplace culture and compliance.

Key responsibilities
  • Administer and enhance employee benefits programs, ensuring accurate and compliant delivery
  • Manage leave, disability, and accommodation cases, ensuring compliance and effective case management
  • Develop and lead the organization's wellbeing strategy to foster employee engagement and wellness
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Proficiency in calculating and reconciling complex calculations related to leave and disability programs
  • Exceptional organization and case management skills with the ability to track multiple cases
  • Strong process orientation with the ability to document and improve operational processes
  • Comfortable using technology and data analysis tools to support decision-making and efficiency
