Job Summary

A company is looking for a Benefits and Leave Specialist for a contract position.

Key Job Responsibilities:
  • Assist with administration of employee benefits and leave programs
  • Complete mail merges and send benefit communications
  • Audit invoices, 401k contributions, and benefit file feeds
Required Qualifications:
  • 3 years of HR and/or benefits administration experience
  • Basic understanding of leave administration and health/welfare benefits programs
  • Experience in a geographically distributed organization
  • Demonstrated track record of innovative thinking
