Job Summary
A company is looking for a Benefits and Leave Specialist for a contract position.
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Assist with administration of employee benefits and leave programs
- Complete mail merges and send benefit communications
- Audit invoices, 401k contributions, and benefit file feeds
Required Qualifications:
- 3 years of HR and/or benefits administration experience
- Basic understanding of leave administration and health/welfare benefits programs
- Experience in a geographically distributed organization
- Demonstrated track record of innovative thinking
