Benefits and Leaves Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Benefits and Leaves Manager to join their People and Places team to manage and grow the company's health and wellness program, including the leaves program.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the strategic design, implementation, and plan administration of the company's benefits offerings
• Manage internal communications, develop and deliver training and communications for leaders and employees to enhance employees' understanding of benefits offerings
• Oversee the company's leave of absence program, managing the relationship with the outsourced leaves administrator and ensuring a smooth experience for employees

Required Qualifications:

• Advanced knowledge in benefits plan design and administration
• Knowledge and experience with leave requirements and federal, state, and local regulations
• Experience with multi-jurisdictional leave programs
• Great organizational skills and high attention to detail
• 6+ years of related benefits administration experience, including 3+ years' experience administering leaves of absence
