Job Summary
Supporting comprehensive payroll and benefits functions, the full-time remote Benefits and Payroll Administrator will manage benefit programs, assist with payroll processing, and ensure compliance with regulations while residing in the DMV area.
Key responsibilities
- Administer benefits programs and assist with onboarding and compliance monitoring
- Support semi-monthly payroll processing and maintain accurate payroll records
- Generate reports and resolve discrepancies related to payroll and benefits
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, human resources, business administration, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience in payroll processing in a multi-state environment
- Experience with ADP Workforce Now preferred
- Strong knowledge of benefits regulations and payroll tax compliance
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS platforms
