Job Summary

Supporting comprehensive payroll and benefits functions, the full-time remote Benefits and Payroll Administrator will manage benefit programs, assist with payroll processing, and ensure compliance with regulations while residing in the DMV area.

Key responsibilities
  • Administer benefits programs and assist with onboarding and compliance monitoring
  • Support semi-monthly payroll processing and maintain accurate payroll records
  • Generate reports and resolve discrepancies related to payroll and benefits
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, human resources, business administration, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of experience in payroll processing in a multi-state environment
  • Experience with ADP Workforce Now preferred
  • Strong knowledge of benefits regulations and payroll tax compliance
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS platforms
