Job Summary

Passionate about fostering a healthy workplace culture, the full-time remote Benefits and Wellbeing Manager will oversee all benefit programs, manage the Well-Being Program, and lead the Benefits & Wellbeing Team while collaborating with various HR functions to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.

Key responsibilities:
  • Manage all benefit programs, including Health & Wellbeing Plans, Integrated Disability, and Retirement Plans
  • Oversee the Well-Being Program and support open enrollment and HRIS configurations
  • Lead the Benefits & Wellbeing Team and coordinate with other HR departments for effective program execution
Required qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field with 8-10 years of relevant experience, or 14 years of equivalent experience
  • Preferred CEBS or equivalent certification
  • Experience with self-insured benefit plans and HRIS systems
  • Strong operational execution and vendor management skills
  • In-depth knowledge of state and federal laws regarding employment and employee benefits
