Processing benefit verifications and authorizations for new referrals, the remote Benefits Authorization Specialist will ensure speed and accuracy while assisting supervisors with special assignments as needed.

Key responsibilities

• Processes benefit verification or authorization for all new referrals with speed and accuracy
• Assists AVA Supervisor and Manager with special assignments as needed
• Maintains productivity expectations in a fast-paced environment

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum of two years of related experience
• Detail-oriented with a high degree of quality focus
• Ability to multi-task and support numerous referrals/priorities simultaneously
• Self-disciplined in maintaining productivity expectations
