Job Summary
A company is looking for a Benefits Call Center Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls regarding healthcare benefits, retirement benefits, and employee perks
- Utilize multiple systems to research, resolve, and document complex benefit inquiries
- Process member requests while adhering to compliance, quality, and service standards
Required Qualifications
- Previous customer service and/or call center experience
- Ability to successfully complete a background check and drug screening
- Must pass an internet speed test with specified requirements
- Must have the ability to connect with an ethernet cable to a modem/router
- Currently not hiring in specific states and metro areas
