Job Summary

A company is looking for a Benefits Call Center Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound calls regarding healthcare benefits, retirement benefits, and employee perks
  • Utilize multiple systems to research, resolve, and document complex benefit inquiries
  • Process member requests while adhering to compliance, quality, and service standards
Required Qualifications
  • Previous customer service and/or call center experience
  • Ability to successfully complete a background check and drug screening
  • Must pass an internet speed test with specified requirements
  • Must have the ability to connect with an ethernet cable to a modem/router
  • Currently not hiring in specific states and metro areas
