Required Qualifications
- Previous customer service and/or call center experience
- Experience with healthcare, employer benefits, or retirement/annuity benefits preferred
- Strong keyboarding skills and proficiency in navigating multiple systems
- High school diploma, GED, or college degree
- Must be 18 years of age or older
