  • Manage call volume while providing accurate and timely resolutions
Required Qualifications
  • Previous customer service and/or call center experience
  • Experience with healthcare, employer benefits, or retirement/annuity benefits preferred
  • Strong keyboarding skills and proficiency in navigating multiple systems
  • High school diploma, GED, or college degree
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
