Job Summary

A company is looking for a Benefits Call Center Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound calls regarding retirement and pension benefits professionally
  • Assist participants with retirement package requests and provide information on pension eligibility and benefit calculations
  • Document all calls and maintain participant records while ensuring compliance with privacy regulations
Required Qualifications
  • Previous customer service and/or call center experience
  • Must successfully complete a background check and drug screening
  • Ability to connect with an ethernet cable to a modem/router
  • Must pass an internet speed test with specified requirements
  • Must be available for shifts within specified hours after training
