A company is looking for a Benefits Call Center Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls regarding retirement and pension benefits professionally
• Assist participants with retirement package requests and provide information on pension eligibility and benefit calculations
• Document calls and maintain compliance with regulatory and company policies

Required Qualifications

• Previous customer service and/or call center experience
• Must successfully complete a background check and drug screening
• Must pass an internet speed test and connect via ethernet cable
• Ability to work shifts within specified hours after training
• Reside in a state compliant with the company's compensation structure
